Water Factory

The water factory is a two floor building that houses water equipment for production of bottle water, dispenser (19-liter Jar) and sachet water. 

The water treatment equipment has capacity to filter 5,000 liters of water per hour.

There is fully automated bottle water line using monobloc (8-8-3) with steam labeling, shrink wrapping machine with pusher.

There is one unit of fully automated 19-liter jar monobloc that produces and bottles dispenser water.

There are 3 automatic sachet water production machines. Each has capacity to produce 2000 pieces per hour.

There is a Reverse Osmosis system machine with capacity to produce 3,000 liters per hour with inlet stainless steel pump.

There are dosing pumps for Anti scalant, PH Booster, and Twin oxide with storage tanks.

There is an automatic blowing machine with chiller

There are two (2) industrial borehole with 10hp and 7.5hp submersible pumps.

There is an ozonator machine with capacity of 8 grams. There are delivery trucks.

NAFDAC Approval Valid NAFDAC approval exists for the water production.
